Part of the original text contains a pagan prayer-conspiracy dedicated to the God of the Sun.

Often used by healers to help girls who could not find a partner for a long time or wanted to get married quickly. The prayer found special use during the celebration of the ancient pagan holiday of the summer solstice Ivan Kupala. Young girls used the spell words during the ritual to preserve their maiden beauty and attract the attention of young men.

The text was also secretly distributed among married women who had the unfortunate fate of being unloved by their husband or his mother. In order to reduce the severity of the foster family and avoid corporal punishment from the husband, women read the spell at night in the hope of improving the lives of people living in the same house.
