HISTORY OF THE RITUAL ETERNAL LOVE
The text was part of a triad of texts that constitute one of the most famous rituals of love invocation during the Third Dynasty of ancient Egypt.
All the components of the great ritual were kept in several temples dedicated to the goddess Bastet and were used only a few times a year, which increased their value to the ancient Egyptians.
Most of the texts associated with the name of the goddess were the most powerful and fast-acting.
The resale of such texts to foreigners was prohibited and prosecuted by law, beginning during the reign of the Third Dynasty of ancient Egypt.
