ПЕСНЯ СОЛНЦУ УЛЫБАЯСЬ

SONG TO THE SUN SMILING

THE STORY OF THE SONG SMILING TO THE SUN

The original text dates back to the time of the XI Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. The prayer existed in two languages: Ancient Egyptian with a southern dialect and Akkadian. The Akkadian version of the prayer is shortened and has a spell at the end of the text to destroy the forces of enemies.

The prayer was kept for a long time in the closed archives of ancient Egyptian temples. During the attack of the Akkadian tribes (barbarians), it came into the people's hands and was widely spread among the population of Southern Egypt, bordering Nubia.

The prayers were read over a spread white cloth, which was held by the ends in the hands of priests or initiates and swung in time with the reading to increase the energy emanating from the words of the prayer. After finishing the reading, the cloth was spread on the ground, allowing a 13-year-old boy to stand on it with his feet. This ritual blessed the child for a rich life.

The prayer was used as a talisman on a ring during the ritual of ablution during the reign of Cleopatra VII, Queen of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt, and the Roman general, politician and writer Gaius Julius Caesar.
