HISTORY OF THE PRAYER THE SUN WILL COME
The prayer was written by one of the students of the high priest of one of the pharaohs of the 7th Dynasty of ancient Egypt, as a gift to his daughter. The text was inscribed on a clay tablet and embedded in the wall of the princess's bedroom.
Every time she felt the pain of separation from her loved ones, she read a prayer, touching it with her hands and calling out to God.
The prayer became one of the main temple prayers during the reign of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Akhenaten, but the lines in it that signified the Sun were changed to those signifying the Moon.
