HISTORY OF PRAYER SPRING JOY
The text dates back to 1820. It was discovered in the Spassky Paltsevsky "communal" women's monastery in the possession of the abbess of the monastery, Abbess Agnia.
The prayer was used by novices to ease the suffering associated with fasting during religious fasts.
Since the 19th century, the text has been found in more modified versions in collections of spells and prayers.
