1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Clinical meditation TERRA DI LIBERTA is indicated for:
OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY
Additional therapy aimed at eliminating hormonal imbalances and normalizing the cycle in women during menopause and in girls during puberty
Additional therapy aimed at normalizing fetal development and preventing genetic disorders in the last trimester of pregnancy
Additional therapy aimed at preventing fetal hypoxia during labor
Complementary therapy aimed at reducing pain during labor (can be used as a replacement for hypnobirthing)
NEUROLOGY
Additional therapy aimed at restoring memory, speech and motor functions, especially in left-sided brain lesions after:
- Ischemic stroke
- Hemorrhagic stroke
- Transient ischemic attack (TIA, or mini-stroke)
- Craniotomies (open brain surgery)
PSYCHIATRY
Adjunctive therapy for psychosis caused by:
- Schizophrenia
- Brief psychotic disorder
- Delusional disorder
- Schizoaffective disorder

2. EXECUTION TIME

3. FREQUENCY OF USE
3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over
Minimum course of therapy lasting 6 months:
- Once every 2 weeks
3.2 Use in the elderly
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in these patients.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Meditation is not recommended for patients:
- With anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders
- With compulsive overeating
- With addictions other than alcohol
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
Does not affect the ability to drive.
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
After practicing meditation, there is no drowsiness or sedative effect.
7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES AND DRUGS
It is recommended to take a break between performing other meditations for at least 60 minutes.
8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during pregnancy.
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age.
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
