1. INDICATIONS AND USE


Clinical meditation SMOKY DAWN is indicated for:


GASTROENTEROLOGY


Additional therapy for digestive system disorders, especially against the background of psychosomatic symptoms:

  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Peptic ulcer disease
  • Gastritis
  • Stomach flu or gastroenteritis
  • Gluten sensitivity and celiac disease
  • Inflammatory bowel disease: ulcerative colitis
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)


PSYCHIATRY


Complementary therapy for psychosomatic disorders (physical illnesses that are particularly susceptible to aggravation by mental factors such as stress and anxiety):

  • psoriasis
  • eczema
  • stomach ulcers
  • high blood pressure
  • heart disease


Complementary therapy for depressive disorders:

  • major depressive disorder, or major depression
  • persistent depressive disorder, or dysthymia

3. FREQUENCY OF USE


3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over

The minimum course of therapy is 1 month. It is recommended:

  • 1 time in 2 days

  • as needed


3.2 Application for the elderly

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.


3.3 Administrative information

You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS


5.1 Meditation is not recommended for use by patients

There are no contraindications

6.1 Impact on driving vehicles

Does not affect the ability to drive a car


6.2 Drowsiness/sedation

After practicing meditation, there is no drowsiness or sedative effect.


7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES OR DRUGS


There are no contraindications


8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS


8.1 Pregnancy

Frequency of use should be adjusted during pregnancy beyond 35 weeks.

A course of therapy lasting 1 month can be prescribed:

  • 1 time in 3 days


8.2 Lactation period

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.


8.3 Use in pediatrics

Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age


8.4 Geriatric use

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
