1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Clinical meditation SHADES OF DEPTH is indicated for:
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
Adjunctive therapy for menstrual disorders, except:
- Dysmenorrhea
- Menorrhagia
- Metrorrhagia
- Amenorrhea
- Oligomenorrhea
- Hypomenorrhea
- Cramps during menstruation
Adjunctive therapy for premenstrual syndrome
Additional therapy for diseases of the pelvic organs (excluding disorders after abortions and childbirth):
- Pelvic inflammatory disease
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Prolapse of pelvic organs
GASTROENTEROLOGY
Complementary therapy for digestive disorders:
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease
- Ulcer disease
- Gastritis
- Stomach flu or gastroenteritis
- Gluten sensitivity and celiac disease
- Inflammatory bowel disease: ulcerative colitis
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
THERAPY
Additional therapy for diseases of the biliary tract in the acute stage, excluding cholelithiasis:

Additional therapy for spinal diseases, especially those associated with traumatic injuries after:

- Sports injuries during football, wrestling and snowboarding
- Diving related accidents

UROLOGY
Additional therapy for diseases of the urinary system, especially in adolescents:
- Urinary tract infections
- Interstitial cystitis
- Urinary incontinence
- Prostatitis
- Urethritis
- Erectile dysfunction
- Pyelonephritis
2. EXECUTION TIME
2.1 Recommended

3. FREQUENCY OF USE
3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over
Minimum course of therapy lasting 5 months:
- 1 time per week
- as needed
3.2 Use in the elderly
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in these patients.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
5.1 Meditation is not recommended for patients:
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
Does not affect the ability to drive.
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
There is no drowsiness or sedative effect after practicing meditation.

8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during pregnancy.
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age.
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
