Clinical meditation MILKY WAY is indicated for:


PSYCHIATRY

Complementary Therapy for Eating Disorders:

  • Overeating
  • Anorexia nervosa
  • Bulimia Nervosa
  • Night Eating Syndrome
  • Pick's disease
  • Rumination disorder, rumination syndrome or mericism

PSYCHOLOGY/COACHING

Complementary therapy aimed at reducing conditions accompanied by persistent feelings of guilt, both towards oneself and towards other people

ENDOCRINOLOGY

Complementary therapy for obesity

Adjunctive therapy for metabolic syndrome


2. EXECUTION TIME

2.1 Recommended

In the morning

2.2 Not recommended

At night (6 hours before bedtime)

3. FREQUENCY OF USE

3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over

The minimum course of therapy is 2 weeks. It is recommended:

  • 1 time in 2 days
  • as needed

3.2 Use in the elderly

Frequency of use adjustment required in patients over 65 years of age


3.3 Administrative information

You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS

5.1 Meditation is not recommended for use by patients

There are no contraindications


6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

6.1 Impact on driving vehicles

Does not affect the ability to drive a car


6.2 Drowsiness/sedation

After practicing meditation, there is no drowsiness or sedative effect.


7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES OR DRUGS

It is not recommended to use with meditations aimed at normalizing sleep. It is necessary to take a break between their implementation lasting 2 hours.


8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS

8.1 Pregnancy

No adjustment of frequency of use is required during pregnancy.


8.2 Lactation period

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.


8.3 Use in pediatrics

Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age


8.4 Geriatric use

Frequency of use needs to be adjusted in people over 65 years of age. Minimum course of therapy is 3 weeks. Recommended:

  • 1 time in 3 days
