1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Clinical meditation LEGENDARY WIND is indicated for:
GASTROENTEROLOGY
Complementary therapy for digestive disorders:

3. FREQUENCY OF USE

The minimum course of therapy is 1 week. It is recommended:

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
5.1 Meditation is not recommended for use by patients
Not recommended for patients diagnosed with psychosis
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
May affect ability to drive for 30 minutes
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
After practicing meditation, you may experience drowsiness or sedation for 30 minutes.
After practicing meditation, a slight dizziness effect may be observed for 15-20 minutes, which does not require therapy.
7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES OR DRUGS
It is not recommended to perform it consecutively with meditations aimed at treating anxiety disorders. It is recommended to perform it no earlier than 30 minutes after performing a meditation with a similar effect.
8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of frequency of use is required during pregnancy.
The practice must be cancelled for pregnant women from 29 weeks
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
