1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Le BonBon Clinical Meditation is indicated for:
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
Additional therapy for lactation disorders:
- Cramping, severe pain in the nipples that lasts longer than a few seconds
- Swelling of the breasts, a feeling of fullness, hardness and tightness
- Mastitis
- Insufficient milk supply
- Painful sensations when milk is released, or the "milk ejection reflex"
CARDIOLOGY
Additional therapy for arrhythmias:
- Ventricular arrhythmias
- Supraventricular arrhythmias
- Bradycardia
- Tachycardia
- Supraventricular arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, AV nodal reentrant tachycardia)
- Ventricular arrhythmias (premature ventricular contractions, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, long QT syndrome)
- Bradyarrhythmia (sinus node dysfunction, heart block)
Adjunctive therapy for hypertension, or high blood pressure:
- Primary or significantly elevated blood pressure
- Secondary high blood pressure caused by another medical condition or the use of certain medications
PSYCHIATRY
Complementary therapy for sleep disorders:
- Insomnia
- Restless legs syndrome, or Willis-Ekbom disease
- Narcolepsy
- Parasomnias: sleepwalking, bedwetting, nightmares and exploding head syndrome
- Sleep-wakefulness disorder
Additional therapy for recovery after prolonged physical and mental stress
Complementary Therapy for Anxiety Disorders:
- Generalized anxiety disorder

- Psoriasis
- Eczema
- Stomach ulcers
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
SURGERY
Additional therapy for varicose veins:
- Varicose veins during pregnancy
- Varicose veins during menopause
- Varicose veins in people over 50 years of age
- Varicose veins due to standing for long periods of time
- Varicose veins associated with obesity
- For prophylactic purposes in individuals with a family history of varicose veins

3. FREQUENCY OF USE
3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over
The minimum course of therapy is 3 weeks. It is recommended:
- 1 time per day
- as needed
3.2 Use in the elderly
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
5.1 Meditation is not recommended for use by patients
There are no contraindications
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
May affect ability to drive for 30 minutes
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
After practicing meditation, you may experience drowsiness or sedation for 30 minutes.
7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES OR DRUGS
There are no contraindications
8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of frequency of use is required during pregnancy.
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
