Clinical meditation INTRIGUATING FLIGHT is indicated for:

Complementary Therapy for Disorders Associated with Stress or Traumatic Events:
- Acute stress disorder
- Disorders of adaptation to sudden change
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
Complementary therapy for aggressive verbal or physical behavior directed at oneself, others, animals, or property when:
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
- Antisocial personality disorder
- Borderline personality disorder
- Conduct disorder
- Huntington's disease
- Intermittent explosive disorder
- Oppositional defiant disorder
PSYCHOLOGY/COACHING
Complementary therapy aimed at understanding the depth of the problem and its boundaries
Complementary therapy aimed at strengthening internal resilience to problems and developing skills to cope with difficult situations
Complementary therapy aimed at harmonizing relationships with oneself and loved ones

The minimum course of therapy is 2 weeks. It is recommended:

3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.
