1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Clinical meditation INNER SHADOWS is indicated for:
GYNECOLOGY
Adjunctive therapy for irregular menstruation (absent, delayed or erratic menstrual periods or abnormal bleeding) in:
- menopause or menarche
- physical and psychological stress
- smoking
- side effects of drugs
PSYCHIATRY
Adjunctive therapy for depressive disorders caused by another illness
Adjunctive therapy for mood swings in women with:
- Premenstrual dysphoric disorder
- Menopause
Complementary Therapy for Disorders Associated with Stress or Traumatic Events:
- Acute stress disorder
- Disorders of adaptation to sudden change
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
Complementary therapy for sleep disorders:
- insomnia
- restless legs syndrome, or Willis-Ekbom disease
- narcolepsy
- parasomnias: sleepwalking, bedwetting, nightmares and exploding head syndrome
- sleep apnea disorder
THERAPY
Complementary therapy aimed at improving physical and mental health and restoring the body's strength
Additional therapy for hormonal imbalance in:
- hormonal therapy
- taking medications
- chemotherapy
- pituitary tumors

Adjunctive therapy for upper respiratory tract infections:
- common cold
- epiglottitis
- laryngitis
- pharyngitis

UROLOGY
Adjunctive therapy for urinary incontinence in children and adults with:
- pregnancy, childbirth and menopause, which can cause muscle and nerve problems
- excess weight, which puts pressure on the bladder, which can weaken the muscles over time
- long-term (chronic) constipation, causing pressure on the muscles of the bladder and pelvic floor
- damage to nerves that send signals to the bladder at the wrong time or not at all
- diabetes and multiple sclerosis, which cause damage to the nerves in the muscles of the bladder, urethra, or pelvic floor
- hysterectomy (surgical intervention on the reproductive organs)
- taking diuretics
- caffeine consumption
- urinary tract and bladder infections
2. EXECUTION TIME
2.1 Recommended
In the morning
During the daytime
In the evening
2.2 Not recommended
At night (no later than 3 hours before bedtime)
3. FREQUENCY OF USE
3.1 Use for patients aged 18 years and over and adults
The minimum course of therapy is 4 weeks. It is recommended:
- 2 times a week
- as needed
3.2 Use in the elderly
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in these patients.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

4.1 Start of action

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
5.1 Meditation is not recommended for patients:
After meals, at least 1 hour after eating.
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
Does not affect the ability to drive a car
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
After practicing meditation, there is no drowsiness or sedative effect.
7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER CLINICAL MEDITATIONS
There are no contraindications
8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of frequency of use is required during pregnancy.
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
