1. INDICATIONS AND USE
Clinical meditation GEOMETRY OF DESIRES is indicated for:
NEUROLOGY
Complementary therapy aimed at eliminating the causes of tinnitus (noise in the ears) associated with:
- Noise-induced hearing loss due to exposure to loud noises
- Trauma and damage to the ear
- Ear diseases
- Taking certain medications (some antibiotics, antidepressants, anticancer drugs, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
- Autoimmune diseases (lupus or rheumatoid arthritis)
PSYCHOLOGY/COACHING
Complementary therapy aimed at developing the ability to achieve one's goals
THERAPY
Additional therapy aimed at eliminating pain in the lower extremities associated with:
- Muscle cramps
- Injuries
- Muscle tension
- Sports injuries
- Tendinitis
- Nervous problems
- Sciatica
- Meralgia paresthetica (burning in the thigh)
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Arthritis
- Gout
- Restless Legs Syndrome
PHYSIOTHERAPY
During physical exercises to develop body strength and improve spatial coordination
2. EXECUTION TIME
2.1 It is recommended to perform meditation practice:
During the daytime
In the evening (no later than 5 hours before bedtime)
2.2 It is not recommended to perform meditation practice:
In the morning
At night
3. FREQUENCY OF USE
3.1 Use in patients aged 18 years and over
The minimum course of therapy is 21 days. It is recommended:
- 1 time per day
- as needed
3.2 Use in the elderly
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in these patients.
3.3 Administrative information
You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
5.1 Meditation is not recommended for patients:
In a state of alcohol and drug intoxication
In the acute stage of a physical illness
In a state of depressed mood and tearfulness
6. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
6.1 Impact on driving vehicles
Does not affect the ability to drive.
6.2 Drowsiness/sedation
After practicing meditation, drowsiness or sedation is observed.
7. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRACTICES AND DRUGS
It is recommended to take a break from practice for at least 30 minutes.
8. USE IN SPECIFIC GROUPS
8.1 Pregnancy
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during pregnancy.
8.2 Lactation period
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required during lactation.
8.3 Use in pediatrics
Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age.
8.4 Geriatric use
No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.
