Clinical meditation BROKEN SUFFERING is indicated for:

Adjunctive therapy for peripheral neuropathy:

  • Postherpetic neuralgia
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Peroneal nerve palsy
  • Bell's palsy

Adjunctive therapy for cases of memory impairment and loss associated with:

  • Taking prescription and over-the-counter medications (antidepressants, antihistamines, anti-anxiety medications, muscle relaxants, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, and painkillers after surgery)

No adjustment of the frequency of administration is required in individuals over 65 years of age.

You can practice meditation while sitting or lying down in any comfortable position.
